'The PRE HEAT' is a 1984 TE Holden Gemini that has been loaned to the NT Police 'Beat the Heat (NT)' program by the ANDERSON family in December 2007. The car has been slightly modified for 'drag racing' and 'badged up' in NT Police livery to resemble an operational police car.

In 2008 we had to repaint the car white. The PRE HEAT has been developed for street racing on the track and as such will remain in street trim and continue to look as stock as possible.
